Leave the M4 at Jct 24, taking the A455

For the next 5 roundabouts follow the main road (A455)

After the fifth roundabout you should see the sports village on your left,
take the next left which is sign posted for the sports village and is by a
car sales place (carcraft)

100 or so meters further on take the left turn (the road is not well lit!)

You should now take the next right, followed by a right again and hopefully
you'll be in a car park!!!

If you do a web search for 'Newport international sports village' that's
where the pool is located.

Nice one Peter:p , Glad someone was so kind to give us directions, it's hard work coming from the direction where the sun sets! Would you and the bro be available for some coaching, and we will coach you later at the pub..........:eek:

Should anyone want to camp in Pembroke for the last Welsh league comp on 28-29/04/07, may I suggest using Windmill Hill Farm - 01646 682392. This is the same campsite we used to use for the welsh open.
Remember it is a public site so you should book in advance.
