Hi
Was just looking at some other threads and found you again, I have 2 sets of blades one from mega that is very good and an older pair from Delapre they are fish tails. Used them when I was smaller for more power but a lot of goalies used to use them. Talk to Greenstar, I'm sure someone there will beable to help you out with an old pair of paddles even just to try out. Other option is when is your birthday and talk nicely to your parents. Managed to get my first set for a christmas present.
The main thing is it depends what you feel comfertable with, try and borrow some paddles at tournaments just for a trial then take it from there.

A goalie's fave is still the diamond shaped RV by Dave Brown.
I think these are still available in a budget version for UKP 65.
Check out www.dbxclusive.co.uk.
I personally perfer the RVX and Mega Kinetics for goalkeeping
and tend to use a shaft longer than most players. That is a habit I got used to over the years..
However, these carbon/kevlar paddles are expensive so you might want to take a look at a second hand one?

Hi subzero :)
I have a pair of RVX paddles i am looking to sell.
There 2 years old and in good condition. The blades are carbon with a glass shalf. lenght 200cm. They can be seen on Dave browns Website!
Im selling them for £65.
interested?
Hi!
In my opinion, 2,00 metres is too short for goal keeping! How about a Lettmann? It´s pretty strong, nice to handle, but expensive. I´ve got a used one for sale though if you look at my thread a little further down this site.
2,04 metres! Interested?
Cheers,
Nick
