hi there,
i think Singapore now got the condition to start a league game!
you got some teams, plenty of swimming pools, some nice volunteer, good public transport to get around etc... which Malaysia can't make it..
i was planning to do so in Malaysia but got no condition..

as my experience in Melbourne years ago, we play 2 season per year..
each season last for about 2-3 months, basically we got a competition every weeks, home and away (but still in a same pool), the league will help quite a lot in keeping player performance, improve the team in competition sometime you can't improve if you r not in a real game.. also can attract more people to keep on playing... improve the quality of the referee.... etc etc.. there are lot of advantage for league..

i can't do it here in Malaysia, but hope you can do it in Singapore..
i can even organize a team to play in sing.. ha..

best wish..
