June or July? We'll be burnt out by early August Ger :eek: Championships are in September next year, one month later than this year - don't wanna peak too early now!

If you stick to max 2 sessions a week, and rest every third week, you must be able to stick to a certain level for at least 2 months :D

dont the irish men always go underground for secret training camps from september to summer? and only reappear in july ar meisce :drunk: to give the illusion of not training!

thought it was a bit odd myself to see those illusionists opening the worlds in Amsterdam, considering they trained with the Irish Men for the winter months!!! hmmmm 7th ey!!!!!!;)

Hot, wait and you’ll see hot. We’re going to Bulgaria for the first squad meeting. There will be long legged “hot” girls to hand out towels, water bottles etc as appropriate for national squad. As the demand for training over is very high I hope there will be free weekend at the canal for the beginning of March as well I’ve to book the girls. More details on that to follow.
