I have found on this forum about goalkeeper angles, but what about other players, sprinters? Ive found people talking about the optimum from 85 degrees to about 65 But what are the advantages or disadvantages of both? Also is there a way to work out what length to have your paddles according to height, upper body height, arm length etc? All Suggestions Welcome, Thanks
