Just a quick note about the pool usage, I noticed on Friday several pieces of foam and tape floating around the pool from bumpers. For those who are not aware, around 10 years ago, we were nearly kicked out off the pool because the filters were badly damaged due to foam / tape being sucked into the filters. I believe the only reason we did not get booted out was because the DCPC offered or paid a large amount towards the cost of the repair.

Please ensure that your bumpers are well taped on and no loose stuff can come off. I don't think any of us want to be forced into looking for a new venue.

Nope, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to look for one anyway :silly:

In yesterday Sunday Business Post was an article about the national aquatic centre. Basically the company running at the moment will step down and the government is going to appoint a state company to run it. I’ll raise the issue on the next DCPL meeting and look for a way to approach that new state company.
