when i have seen a new thread, then it keep on being marked as if there where a new answer, but no...is this a generel problem??

hmm do anybody other than me understand this? hope so....

Yeah, what's with polls updating every time someone votes? Is it so that people know the numbers have changed?

It's just the way the system works, I agree it can be annoying at times. The other option is not to show the thread as updated and the poll could have lots of activity but get pushed to the bottom of the page because there are no new posts in it

Perhaps making a specific Poll sub-forum?
