New colour scheme

While its nice to have a change every onece in a while, does the site have to be this colour
My eyes hurt :(

I do like the new banner across the top, but the current colour scheme is a big let down.


What do the rest of you think?

Well i think the colours are really cool. And work well. I battle to find blues hurting your eyes! But anyway. The only thing i dont think is working is the Canoe polo.com top banner. Its very dissjointed with lots of photos and i find that the heading gets lost due to this, could also be that the font is not bold enough. If you want me to give it a go, just shout. Im in the industry!

Yep, you're right. The banner doesn't fit with the overall scheme and that's because I just threw it up there temporarily until I could get something designed that fits in. As you can see, there is no banner on the main page either for this reason.

We'd love some help on this from yourself or anyone else with photoshop skills, maybe we should run a competition...?

No i mean the button where you can view al the post that have been added after your last visit.
A bit like the 'today's post' that is now on. But i think the 'new posts' butten is better:d

It's still there, the new posts are included in "Today's Posts" - just that in addition to the new posts additional posts are shown in case you happened to miss them if you had already checked the forums earlier that day.
