EWP XMAS tourney

Sorry if I missed the boat somewhere here, but where can I find the details on the EWP Xmas tourney (Dec 14), ie times and divisions.

Here is the response from Darryl (hope he doesn't mind me posting it) For anyone else who wanted to know:

Hi Keegan...our Christmas tourney has a slightly different format than in the
past. Whereas previously, we usually only had one division of mixed teams, this
year, because of the increase in the number of youth and novice players in our
club, we are going to have a youth division of three teams, a novice division
of three teams and an open division of three teams. We can allow no more teams
than this in order to fit into the time slot we have. That should allow us time
for a round robin in each division plus two playoff games. Please let me know
if you have an interest in fielding a team or some players. Particularly in the
open division, we will be making up teams probably from players from the EWP
and GP, and we can probably include CKC as well. I am not sure if we have space
in this event for whole teams in the lower divisions. We will probably make the
open division for intermediate and higher level players (up to eight per team).

Our aplogies for not getting information out on this event. I am copying this
to Dale, as he has information on the hours of pool time booked (6hrs, I think)
and hopefully can add other details.
