Polo in Taiwan

Does anyone know of any polo teams in Taipei who might be kind enough to let me train with them for a couple of months over summer? I'm going to be there for July and August and that's just too long to go without paddling.

Doesn't look like there are that many teams there, ey? So, why don't you just set up a club and get it going while you are over there? Now there is a challenge! ;)

PS: If you succeed, I will personally sponsor some kind of cool reward... :)

They have 3 teams (M, W, U21) in the world championships, it would surprise me if all of them only play canoepolo abroad...

I am fairly certain there is (was) canoepolo in Taipei - I know that the Japanese were often there to play (at least they did so a couple of years ago)

If Shuhei or Hoya are still on the forums suggest you PM them as they should have some contacts.

I will also try (a different route) and if I am successful will get back to you.

If I were you I would also put your post in the Singapore forum or even PM someone from Singapore - they might also have an idea ......
