ok the forums kinda dead for damn long. will ask a question directed to all players in polo.

WILL GOING TO THE ARMY DEPROVE U IN POLO TREMENDOUSLY?

i just wanna hear it from all the players who are in army currently or have finished army. just feel free to talk.

ok...this is a problem which many sports in singapore faces.. even if u are in a core sport, some how or rather u'll still be affected.yah.. some ppl can choose to relax in army or maybe have a 8 to 5 job and get to enjoy every week end, but got pride anot? i guess many of u are in a comfortable zone, that u forgot that the situation in present world have change.no countries can be sure now after 911, all we can do is to deter terror from happening.so NS will always be part of singapore. i haven been playing polo for the last 3 months but i know that i will go down and train when theres time. its just a matter of planning.
ok good luck to those who is going in soon and try to see the bigger picture....

Anyway, NS sucks, waste of time, esp those !@#$!@# Regulars...wasting tax payers money!!! They are a bunch or skivers!!!

If you can chao geng by all means man!!!

NS confirm pull u down in sports...so i recommend u do finish BMT can liao, come out and train more!!! Unless you know u confirm go OCS then solid, officer damn good pay but do lesser sai gang then the men!!!

But recently the officers cannot make it man, all the JC kids become commanders wanna led men older than them, how to???

i tink my time in NS made me weaker in certain aspects like getting used to the boat or ball skills or maybe tats just me from the lack of tryin or beginning with none, but it certainly has done 1 thing which is to improve my own level of fitness.
