Yellow at half time?

Hi all!

If a player receives a yellow card with 1 minute remaining in the first half, does he have to sit out 1 minute into the second half? Or does the penalty time for the yellow card expire once the half does?

In the first paragraph of Section 41 - SANCTIONS, the current ICF rules state that "Timing of send-offs is suspended for periods of timeout or intervals of play."

So, a player on a yellow-card with 1 minute remaining at half time must sit out the first minute of the second half.
