The ICF’s Canoe Polo Committee announced today the invitation sent to federations inviting the teams for the World Championships Canoe Polo 2006. Twenty-six federations have been invited to enter the competition with a total of 24 Men, 24 Women and 16 Under-21 Men teams for the event from 9 till 13 August in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The term to accept the invitation will end on February 10th. If federations decline the invitation for one or more teams, the ICF will invite other teams from the reserve list to participate. The placing and the draw for the teams in their groups will be announced later this year. The following federations have received an invitation for the marked teams:

Any update on teams who have accepted invitation, Other teams is first team declined. When are groups announced. Whem and where draw will take place.
