We ran a sucessful canoe polo event in the 2006 World Masters Games in Edmonton, Canada. Although the number of teams small, it was a media favourite due to the unique nature of the sport.

We would sure like to keep the masters canoe polo momentum going, so I hope someone there is making sure that a canoe polo event will be part of the games? I am sure that a few Canadian teams would be interested in competing.

Hi Rob,
Australia has a new Canoe Polo Technical Committee who will do their best to ensure that Polo is part of the World Masters Games. We have many recently aged players including myself who are keen on promoting Masters polo.
It would be good to get an idea of how many teams might be interested in attending the event.
