youth league at excel tornament in january?

hi all, is there going to be a youth league at januarys excel tornament? if so then how will the teams qualify? will it be based on the results of last seasons youth league? cheers

I believe it will be based on the results of the club Champs

Checked in the year book and it states that the previous club champs will serve as the qualification event for the National Champs at Excel
