You should post here info about tournaments, training camps and so on
This forum should as well help to spread canoepolo in countries as slovakia, slovenia, croatia, serbia, bulgaria nad rumania.

Good news to hear that the Bulgarian, Czech, Hungarian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Slovakian, Serbian, and Slovenian players now have a forum page to communicate on.
But in these days of being politically correct, the term 'Eastern Europe' is now outdated with the fall of communism way back in 1991.
As Poland is,and always has been (check it up) in the center of geographical Europe, I would suggest something more appropriate to use than this old political term.

Seems that you're the only one so far that makes links with communism and political differences...
I think the name of the forum is as suggested by Lanoch from the Czech Republic, who is, as you say pretty much in the middle of Europe...

It is quite an accurate name if you ask me, as the area we are talking about is east of the "bigger" polocountries (where more people play polo).

So maybe the most accurate name would be:
"forum for those countries with less members on canoepolo.com, from central europe and beyond" but still.. "eastern europe" sounds easier to me, and I personally don't have any extra associations with it ..

No problem with me with the name at all. I am not a political animal, I just wanted to state that these countries have always been in the middle of Europe.
Also I know that it would be hard to find another term to link all these countries together. So 'Eastern Europe' be it for me too.

Did you know that city "POZNAN" in Poland is called the center of EUROPE!!!
And for me the name "Eastern Europe" is ok... After all forum include Poland and the easterly nations. It should be clear for all :cheers:
