I am 17 going on 18at a sixform collage in england. i wish to get stronger, faster, fitter and better at polo but i don't really know about how to go about it. my lack of transport and paddel-able water means a lot of my work has to be done in the collage gym. my question focas is:
does any one know what(if any)suppliments or "boosters" i should be taking?
What gym work should i be doing? (how many sets?reps?)
