I am 17 going on 18at a sixform collage in england. i wish to get stronger, faster, fitter and better at polo but i don't really know about how to go about it. my lack of transport and paddel-able water means a lot of my work has to be done in the collage gym. my question focas is:

does any one know what(if any)suppliments or "boosters" i should be taking?

What gym work should i be doing? (how many sets?reps?)

Where in England are you? You should speak to your club coach and see what arrangements can be made for you to train at different times. They may also know of people who can advise you on diet

I am also in a similar position and play as the sprinter. My personal trainer told me to do 3 sets, 10,8,6 reps. work on chest, abs, back and bicep and triceps. I have become stronger and faster. Try eating high carb foods and do weights roughly one day in the gym every 2 days.
