Contact wanted to swedish polo teams

I am looking for contacts to swedish polo teams for training games vs. our junior team (age 14 - 17). We are planning a tour through sweden with games against local teams (Ladies or juniors). Therefore i need contact adresses to polo clubs in sweden.
Please tell me if you are interested, or if you know clubs.

This sounds great! When during the year is it planned?
There are plenty of teams maximum 3 hour drive from Stockholm. Our club and one more is in the north of Sweden where it is very nice in the summer!
