There will be an Irish Ladies squad training session this Saturday/Sunday, Jan 22/23 in Kilcock.

Squad Session is open to all women who would like to attend.

Be in Kilcock at 9am, Saturday morning!

Can someone tell us what sort of sessions we'll be doing so as we know what gear to bring?

At a guess I would suggest that you will need enough gear for 3 -4 water sessions. That should cover you. Not sure if there is any land based sessions being done.
