NUplex : try 09 579 2029
or Hymodulus industries.....some where in Auckland

probably a better idea would be to get some small pieces from one of the guys that make polo boats: like Cameron or Nick....perhaps even Ruahine kayaks. Sorry I am out at the moment.

Now you have to decide whether to use 300g or 165g kevlar. My suggestion to to ensure you don't get a plain weave cloth, ask for "crowsfoot" weave if possible. Also to finish your repair use some peel-ply to give it a better finish and to help with getting rid of the airbubbles.....talk to juno he knows the score there. Also use Vinylester resin not polyester for the vamps.

If you are just after bits for repairing then it is unlikely that any place like Nuplex or High Modulus will sell small amounts. I have heaps of scraps at the moment and a bit of a roll of both 300 and 165g kevlar. If you don't have access to kevlar scissors (I am getting some for Juno at the moment) you will need to specify the size you want the kevlar cut to.
