Decision regarding Europeans

it is now stated that the European Championship in canoepolo will be in Madrid between the 6th and 11th of September.

Umm...just curious, I don't imagine anyone encourages non-European teams to participate, do you? Or in the Club Champs perhaps?

Umm...just curious, I don't imagine anyone encourages non-European teams to participate, do you? Or in the Club Champs perhaps? Not being on the board I will take a chance and answer NO on both questions. In any case participation would be a political question that could only be possible if federations solve the issue with each other, and I am quite certain it wouldn't happen as an exeption for just one team.
