Polo Buoyancy Aids??

Just wondering does anyone know where you can buy o-tex/o-dex (not sure exact spelling) polo buoyancy aids? I think they are from germany. I am looking to get buoyancy aids and am looking for an alternative to peak so if you know any other makes either that would be great.:D

Thats all that is written on mine!
Have had mine for about 5-6 years now, and it is only starting to fade/rip etc.
Bouyancy is probably gone, but padding still good.
quality buy. and such a snug fit.
