With the new qualification rules, does this mean the first placed team at the next EC in spain besides:

1 Netherlands, 2 Germany, 3 Great-Britain, 4 France, 5 Italy, 7 Spain, 8 Portugal,
10 Ireland, 12 Switzerland and 16 Sweden

is automatically placed for the 2006 WC ??

You are right - the best placed Senior Mens team that has not already qualified automatically from Japan (top 16) will qualify for Netherlands 2006.

With all sorts of rumours in past - system is quite simple !
