New Member to Wapiti Whitewater Kayakers

I would just like to thank Tina, Brad, Judy, Rob, Clinton, Luke, and Lee of the Wapiti Whitewater Kayakers Club for welcoming me into the group. I've been paddling since '89, but I just started to play canoe polo with the gang this last week. They have all been very patient with me, and I am enjoying myself immensely. I look forward to many more evenings of being pushed over, rammed, speared, throttled, poked and prodded...it's all good fun. Cheers Guys, Eric

HA! Congrats Eric. Just be careful of who you listen to up there. THose guys aren't tame yet. The rest of the polo world is still trying to work on that small hurdle!
In all seriousness, you have managed to land in a group with some of the most talented players and nicest people I have ever met. Enjoy and keep us posted on who takes the biggest chunk out of you...and when you plan on getting them back.

Ya, thanks for the advice Monica...just a sh%t bit too late thoguh. I'm still recovering from a blow to the ribs Judy threw at me last week. And I thought thumb wrestling was too much for me, man was I wrong. I think it had something to do with the paper thin life jacket they gave me to use, or maybe it was the solid steel bow bumper on her boat (ICF appoved of course). At any rate, I'll get her back. I think I'll put sawdust in her wetsuit when we decide to move outdoors.hehehehehehehhhhhhheeeeeee :D

Good to meet you the other week. I hope you got your truck back. I hear some crazy balding guy kinda stole it by mistake. We got everyone home safe though. I guess I can cross "grand theft auto" off my life's to do list now.
