simonB is right. It was a brilliant weekend.

And we could have won div 3 ;)

Thanks to everyone involved for organising the weekend, and thanks to niall for putting together the team.

It was a great first competition.

I also had a great weekend. I had a great time, a great team and most importantly a great drink.:p

For Sharks - I now realise that Green star didn't pay me enough.

Rest of Div 3 - Thanks for the great games!

It is I again!
Just reading the booklet with the rules and events for last weekend and I have a question, Did anyone see that disco tent? And on a more serious note, there is a section on boat crunching. If you crunch you get a yellow card. Now I was crunched as well (before anyone starts to bitch at me) but should that not read as crunching from an illegal tackle??? Or was it just a comp special rule or is that a rule under ICF?

PS: Please excuse my ignorance on this matter

Niall...

You must have been to drunk !! There was a superb party in the big tent with lot's of beautiful women and great music !! And Beer of course....

But I'm pretty sure I didn't see you anywhere near the tent... maybe they kept you away from the party on purpose ??

I did hear some boats screaming under the pressure of the nose of another one... But I didn't see any yellow cards..
My boat is a little damaged... but it wasn't any good anyway.. but according to what it said in the booklet.. it should have been yellow...

For the rest it was a very nice tournament... with pretty friendly players !!

But of course the kasestadt boy's found the tent with all the women and free booze!:D
Not fair, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed that tent anyway:silly:

I was just asking about the yellow card rule as I have not seen it before. Is that also the case in the Nederland? Yellow cards for crunch's?
