My friend is going to buy DB`s Skimmer Xclusive..

He is 90 kg 190cm (icehockey player)

Please write some comments about the Skimmer.

Should an icehockeyplayer be involved with canoepolo? He migh start beating up the attacker who accidentially contacts the goalkeeper :)
I'm looking forward to Skimmer-comments, since we have some rather large players without boats. I only tried the mega-raptor and the largest from DD (and the fighter from Lettmann....)

I think he won't even fit in that Skimmer. I he want to try that we have one Skimmer at our club BTW model is about Submarine. :welcome: Kim used to play with it. :silly:

The guys from DKV used to paddle Skimmers in the past and they are in the weight/length range you described (I think, perhaps a bit lighter then) and they did not have any troubles paddling the Skimmer.

I think David from Trekvogels (another Dutch club) paddles a Flight and he is about that size/weight too.. Officially he is a bit oversized for the boat but that does not seem too much of a problem to him.

The Raptor would be fine for him as well, as would the Vampire 2001 and the Dynamic (I think, but Rob Aitken would have a final word in that :bunny: ).

My oppinion stolen by Michiel :p , though I would add the Lettman Fighter. I don't know how the Revenge would suit him.... I think it would be OK too.

Regarding the Mega raptor: 3 of the largest players in DK paddle it. Two of them may have the best boatcontroll in DK, and they are both fast in a straight line and in the turns. They have similar weight, and tell me the boat is comfortable too... Good news for an icehockeyplayer with big legmuscles. :barbell:
