paddle blocking

What ever you get told about it, get really good at it!!!

:worship: italian styles those guys rock with there paddles it's like an extension of there arm.

but turning the player works almost as well

work in groups of three or four and play piggy in the middle. All passes must be within paddle reach. It will help the blockers and the people trying to avoid the blockers. You can play to two levels. Just getting a touch means a switch in person in middle or the ball has to be retrieved

Whatever you do, don't throw your paddle to block a shot, you'll end up in trouble with the ref (Green - Yellow card depending on seriousness of throw). i know a guy who did that, got a talking to............ no it wasn't me!!!!
