You could try to let the poloball jump from the left paddle-blade to the right. Nothing else to do except maybe :barbell:
Try to get your hands on a key to the club and go paddling on your own.

hi this will really mess your new ball up but throwing a ball against a wall improves your catching and throwing, then move on to throwing the ball at a marked spot.
another one not quite sure if it works but a guy once told me that if u roll the ball back on forth on a flat surface it improves your grip on the ball and works your finger muscles, u can do it watching tv as well the best type of excercise

Thanx for the advice  just dnt have a tv! :)
Try the classic piggy in the middle game, except the piggy has a paddle. This exercise will impove your blocking and fetching of the ball. (You need a few mates to help you though!)

Yes one thing I do love about living here is the sea!

All those resources, so little initiative :p
So *here's* what you do:
You take the ball to a nice surf beach. Now you can practice improving your throw distance by chucking it way out into the surf............. Which brings the ball back for another throw.
Then, when the wind or a tiderip grab the ball and take it over the horizon you practice your sprint getting to it and your endurance paddling getting back to the beach.
If there are boardies out you can practice passing to a moving player by throwing the ball to them. Later you can pratice turning and sprinting when they try and catch up with you.
I am convinced this will all prove useful.
Of course, if you had three seagulls and a fair-sized lobster ...........

Those seagulls are a bugger! Try practising your aim by throwing the ball at them!
