Saturday 3rd April 2004 5.30pm-9.00pm
Kirkcaldy Swimming Pool
Dear Paddler,
Could I ask you to pass this on to any paddlers in your club that you think may be interested.
West Lothian Canoe Club are organising a novice polo tournament on 3rd April 2004 at Kirkcaldy swimming pool between 5.30pm and 9.00pm.
The tournament is intended to provide an introduction to the sport of canoe polo and progress the skills of the novice paddler by providing an opportunity to play games against players of a similar standard.
Ideally entries should be for a full team but we will accept part team entries and attempt to pull together scratch teams. We would appreciate it if paddlers could supply their own equipment but we realise some paddlers may be new to the sport and so we will have some spare equipment available (Please indicate on the entry form if you will require any equipment). On the day there will be several senior paddlers/referees to give advice, explain rules, etc.
As a club we will be subsidising the event and therefore entry costs will be £5 per team (£1 per individual) which will be payable on the day. At this early stage we would like to get some indication of the interest in the event and so would ask you to complete the attached entry form and return by 31st January 2004. An early response would be appreciated.
For an entry form please contact me
