Just a reminder to all interested parties that the deadline to register for the tournament at $325 is Sept.1. After that date, the registration fee will go up to $375.

Please check your registration forms as one of the versions on the website listed the mailing address incorrectly.

The correct mailing address is:

[address removed]

If you have already mailed it in with the wrong address # (2067), please let me know via email (email removed). FYI, I did manage to receive at least one with the incorrect address.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Eva

Hello,

Can anyone help these folks out?

2 women are looking for a women's team to play on

a player from italy would like to play at Nationals but his club is not coming to the US so he would like to find a US team that would put him on their roster. His club plays in the first division in italy and has also competed in U21.

Please email me at [email removed] if you have any ideas.

Thanks!

Cheers,
Eva

Thanks a lot for the info... Just one thing to consider for date wise, all of us kids up here, who would probably be a large portion of who would come to the nats, would really have a problem coming in June. Because up here :canada:we still have school until the end of June, so June is FINALS month  DUN DUN DAAAA!

Rich,

The dates will be determined by NECP (New England Canoe Polo). They will be hosting the 2005 US Nationals. The students here at UCLA will also have difficulty with June dates but one of the biggest considerations, I'm told, for hosting Nationals in June will be preparing the Men's squad for the upcoming PanAms/Americas' Cup in eary August/whenever? July is also pretty booked out with Canadian Nationals and the World Masters Games.

Scheduling is always a b$#ch.

Pfft...don't Canadian teachers know yet that Kayak Polo is a superior form of education that will benefit you more in life than EXAMS? If they have problems with you coming to the US to get some prime education, then they should be fired. Better yet, you should just quit school and become a full time kayak bum! Talk about a sweet job...oh wait. Aside from the fact that it doesn't pay much at all, if anything, then I guess you have a little problem with YOUR COUNTRY BEING FROZEN HALF THE YEAR. Ok, so I guess you will have to go to your exams. But it doesn't mean you can't moan a bit...

Personally, I don't see when else it could be. In '02, we had it about the same time and it was still freakin' cold in those early morning games. I remember some of the ladie's squads agreeing to a "no push" rule before some of those. And with Canada completely taking over the rest of our summer, this is looking to be the only time we CAN have it.

Don't worry Patrick, you won't have to deal with the scheduling for a couple more years! That should make you happy right?

Our school gets started back on August 8, so we can still squeeze in the Americas Cup in Edmonton. The early June works well for us. Sorry that it is inconvenient for those that have finals later in June.

If we ever bid for Nationals, I would like to have it Memorial Day weekend so that we would have a long holiday weekend.

Hey guys,
lol I would much rather kayak then write finals any day!! the lack of money thing would cause a problem though:rolleyes:. No problem about the whole June thing, I'd just thought I'd let you guys know! Besides there your nationals so have them when you guys can make it.

I know... streamline things and have your nats between the Continental cup and canada's nationals. Up in Edmonton. The pitch should already be set up.

If I am not mistaken, the Nats 2005 date has been set for June 10-12. :(
