Ireland Canoe Polo.
We are at present looking at the cost of sending a Ladies Senior & Mens Senior teams to the World Championships in Japan.
With this in mind I have been asked to coordinate the following information to present to the Tour Committee.
Cost of Flights.
Cost of Accomodation.
Cost of boat transportation.
Car Hire ( mini bus)
The party will be approximately 20 people and at present we are looking at a departure date of 15th July arriving on the 16th and departing on the 26th July.
I would like to contact any person who has the same task in any of the other associations who are sending teams to the world championships.
This is with a view of sharing information.
Possibility of meeting in a central destination.
To consider of teams travelling together.
This may result in a reduction of costs.
The time is fasy approaching to get things finalised and a speedy reply would be appreciated.
I will be willing to coordinate the information received and distribute to the other associations.
