Carrick-on -Shannon is now fill. Thank you for your support. Don't forget the docks tournament and the club championships in Kilcock. Entries are already being received for the Irish Open in September. A lot of teams missed out last year, so try to get your entries in early.
Division 1:
Malice put up a brave battle on the last night to beat both Kilcock and Apaches. Pity they could not field the teams in the other tournaments as they may have come better than third. Both Apaches and Kilcock beat Bray Heads which equalised they position in the table. This meant that Apaches took the league with Kilcock coming a close second.
Final Results
1) Apaches
2) Kilcock
3) Malice
4) Outspan
5) Bizarre
6) Bray Heads
7) Buckets
Division 2:
With Banda having taken this league the fight for second place is on between Spectre and WWW. Both of them are on the same points but Spectre have the advantage of a game. Wasseratten can only make fourth spot as they do not have enough points. Vikings and OHSC are battling it out for the bottom position. Vikings have more points but OHSC only have to beat Vikings to change that around. Both play each other next week so this will end up being the battle for bottom.
Division 3:
The Division 3 mini league started with Cobras winning their two games and giving them the advantage. Cuckoos2 draw with Kilcock Gladiators dropped them a point knocking them into second. It is down to the last night of the season to see who will win out in the game between Cuckoos 2 and Cobras. Cobras only need a draw to win.
Division 4:
The Division 4 playoffs continued for the bottom of the table. A. Sharks win their games and as their game against Lit'Women has been scratched next week they have secured their fifth position. If ER win their last game against Cuckoos3 then it will be down to goal difference between them and Little Women.
The results sheet is attached.
