Does this job pays? Do you think an MBA helps somewhat?

Well, seriously, I will be back probably Jan/Feb and I would be jobless for a while while I chase couple of dreams, among which is canoepolo.

This should fall somewhat into what I can/ want to do.

hi ken again, this is interesting... we have come a full circle havent we? quite interesting to note how things have transpired since the 1st national championships which i helped u to organise...

for sure an MBA will come in handy (perhaps even overqualified)! send me your cv please... good people are the most valuable asset any company can have... anyway, we have 3 active directors in the company so i would need to justify selection of people and financial allocation (if any) for any project, so i do need your cv.

the only catch is - we may not be able to afford paying our people that well... ask michy and andrew - they are pretty much half-starved... lol. and i guess i am the most pathetically paid "director" in the whole world. having to subsist on free meals which people bring into paddle culture for me.... hahahahaha.

but i am quite stubborn - i won't give up that easily even if i am pretty much quite broke personally.

Nothing related to canoe polo, but this might be interesting reading for you.

I especially like this from the article,
“I had three students come to talk to me today. They’d gotten permission to start a coffee shop on campus and were having all sorts of problems and were pretty discouraged. I told them, ‘You have to find a way to make it happen. If you want to own your own business ...
I would say this "You have to find a way to make it happen. If you want to play canoe polo"

Anyway, I can't start in Nov so will talk to you nearer when I get back.

In the meantime, go make it happen!

full timers or part timers does not matter.

i need people who can commit time and who can make things happen and not be afraid of failing and if things doesnt work out to have the guts to try again and again.

i also need cv becos i have to justify selection of people to board of directors in paddle culture.

selected people must work quite independently and intelligently as i can only provide limited supervision and support. i am too busy organising river programmes right now.

send in cv and more details will follow towards end of november.

cheers!

How is this project coming along, Cheng? Wonder if things are doing OK.
