As I mentioned in the e-mail sent to you, this forum is for people like you and me to share our views and to debate issues in a constructive and amicable manner. It is most definitely not meant for members to make hurting or suggestive remarks, especially against a particular group or an individual.

Your posts have done nothing to promote the former. Worse yet, they have accentuated the negative aspect of the latter.

Hence, I have elected to delete both posts from this thread.

If you have constructive ideas as to how a player or team can improve, I welcome you to post them on this forum. Else, I suggest you put it forward to him or them in private.

I have made known to you the avenues to contact me should you need further clarification.

Hope this fiasco does not inhibit your active participation on the Singapore forum.
