Hi! :frosty:
Is there any polo in the East of Canada yet? In Ottawa, Hull, Gatineau, or further to the East?
I´m just curious because I´ve lived there for a while.
Thanks,
Nick

Most of the polo in Canada is based in the western part of the country. I believe they have some training sessions starting up a short time ago though and I am really sure their doing not to bad. All national team members are either from BC AB, or Sask.

Mind you it is a fledgling club, we're just going into our 3rd season of winter pool sessions. We're not into competition yet since we are still learning the rules but we have fun and it beats the regular pool sessions in the area.

Hi there!
You´re not talking about me, are you? I´m not in Canada anymore, but it is correct that I´ve played in the german National Team at the worlds in Essen last year and at the Europeans in Dublin this year.
If I ever go back some day, I´ll let you know and have a couple of training sessions with you.
Until then,
Nick ;)

:waah:

Too bad we missed you. We don't usually play in the summer since most of us are busy paddling on river trips but you could have joined us on a trip and seen for yourself what a great bunch of people we are ;)

Email me or post a message here on this board if ever you're in the Ottawa area again

I emailed Nicks family in Calgary so we will soon find out if Nick Lee is at Carlton.

I thought I was responding to Nick from Germany. Are you telling me that there is more than one guy named Nick on this board?!?!?! Or for that matter in Ottawa? This is more than I can deal with right now other than to say that all Nicks are :welcome: to come and join us for a practice or river trip no matter what their national affiliation. I'll sort out which Nick is which when and if he/they get here.
