Canoe Polo in Cornwall.

Can anyone give me any information about Cornish Canoe Polo Clubs? I am moving down there in the summer and cannot seem to find any and would love to keep up the sport!

Try a man called ray from the cornish wreckers, they train in culdrose.

He will be at the liverpool tournament.

hey im also moving to cornwall for two years whilst i go to college there and am eager to play whilst down there but there are no clubs anywhere. If i find anything out ill post it on here. could you PLEASE do the same. Ive written off to the BCU who are sending me information on the teams in cornwall. Specifically around plymouth.

Ive just recieved a load of info off of the BCU ring them and ask them for a list of polo teams in cornwall. It only took two days for it to arrive.

Hi.

There are a number of clubs / teams actively involved with polo in Cornwall, there are also a few local players travelling further afield to play in higher level leagues.

Bude, Culdrose, Hayle, Newquay, Penzance, Porthpean all play in the Cornwall league over the winter.

Personally I am involved in running Bude Canoe Club- We are quite a small but friendly club but interest in polo is growing all the time and we welcome anyone to come along and see what they think. Club nights are Wednesdays, with additional polo training on Saturday afternoons.
