Just to keep you all informed of what I've been up to, I attached a copy of the Press Release I previously sent to Irish Newspapers, TV and Radio stations last month.

I will be updating them again at the end of May, so please send me any details for inclusion such as how the national teams are performing at other competitions, how are the training sessions going etc..etc...
