Why some registred people aren't in the list?

Matador 3 would to know how subscribe to arcade mode
He ask me that today on the chat
First i've suched who he was and i've not find him in the member list
Do you know why?
And when i played arcade my score is automaticly registred
Why is not the same for him?

Based on the symptoms you mentioned (does not appear on the memberlist etc.), the problem is most likely to be that he hasn't activated his account yet.
To activate his account, he must click the link in the registration e-mail which he has receaved to his valid e-mail address.
