Hi everyone!!!!!!!!!!
That was a great weekend......i enjoyed playing and watching all the games. Sadly i watched more than played as our team got knocked out, but i still enjoyed it all.
All those people out there who went to the champs, let me know how you think it went, and maybe how it compared to last year (if you went).
Cheers

Yup, top weekend!
Congratulations to Nottingham and Leeds who won the Open and Ladies divisions respectively. And well done to Chris and the organisers and thanks to all who attended!
There's another thread in the Great Britain forum looking at ways the tournament could be improved for next year...
Looking forward to it already!
Rob
I must say it was a wicked weekend, though I was disappointed not to play more than one game on the Sunday - we always seem to play better on a hangover  and two hours sleep for some reason!
Excellent party too - much appreciated by Bristol Uni - one tiny detail for next year - a theme for fancy dress he he... :viking:

Glad to here you all enjoyed it so much. :D
Ive just sent out feedback questionnaires to all the team captains so if you've got any feedback/ comments on the event & in particular how we can improve it for next year please pass them on to him/ her or post them here.
Looking forward to next year already.

The only suggestion I'd make would be to have a "Golden Boot" (arm) award for the top scorer in each of the leagues. And I suppose it would be nice to get some more games in so you could determine every place but the schedule seems pretty rammed as it is.
Other than that, congrats on a really well run tournament.
See you next year if not before.
Joe.

One of the helpful Bristol people picked up a camera at the Busa weekend to put it in a dry bag out of the rain thinking it was one of ours which, it turns out, it isn't! So if you know of anyone who lost a camera, get in touch with me please and we will get it back to you!
Cheers, Cat
Ps We also lost a Bristol Uni rash vest, so if there was one found it's kind of obvious where it came from!
(It says Bristol on the arm!) ;)
