I got the following e-mail from Carmel Vekins sometime ago.
I sent a reply few days ago to Carmel and tried to send reply to europeans2003@ireland.com. Carmel hasn't written me back and the europeans e-mail address is down...
Dear All,
Just a brief note to remind you that accommodation (University
and Hotel)
needs to be booked directly with the relevant venues
immediately, if you
have not already done so.
Contact numbers were provided in Bulletin 1, and are also on the Website:
www.canoepolo.ie/europeans2003
Accommodation in the University Residences is fast filling up. The
only
places left now are rooms at EUR35.00 per person per night.
Closing date for Numerical Entries with a deposit of EUR100.00
Accreditation
Fee per team is Friday 16 May 2003.

Now, we have booked our accommodation, but the thing I'm interested in is the numerical entry and the details for the accreditation payment. It's really hard to pay the accreditation fee without proper info ie. bank details...
I would also like to know do you provide somekind of official entry form? If you don't, what exatly is a numerical entry?
I'm waiting for fast responce, because the byrokracy allways takes time in here.
