I must say tho, they WERE rather good :thumbup: but we were really shagged when playing with them coz we juz had a two day camp :P Haha! sooooo FUN *gRInZ* thanks to terence, caifong n chengyu for doing so much for ssc and all the rest of the RJ sea sports club j1s for being so on :D -hugz u all-

Ahhh, let me tell you guys what we need to brush up on . . . everything! Well, I think we did ok, but when each time Cheng played, we were like, severely outclassed. There was a point where he just dribbled (Is this the right word to use in Canoe Polo ???) past the entire team and scored :D


That aside, the camp was pretty cool, though a little draining. I couldn't really focus during the camp coz' I have a physics test on Tues involving topics I haven't studied before, and I was worrying about it since I wouldn't have much time to study on Monday.


I'm looking forward to Wed's training . . . must be able to do the roll then, Yeah! :)

wrong there... u r not the first jc to do canoepolo... acjc was the first one with paddle culture. 30th of December 2002. Happened to be the first kayak course in paddle culture too! haha...

but well, those fellas are the graduating batch of year 2s... so some are in army now and the ladies are probably waiting to enter NUS/NTU/Other unis...

well, i am hoping to start one more canoepolo session with acjc again with their year 1s...

more jcs upcoming.... SAJC, HJC, CJC... yes... an A division is NOT impossible!

o btw, do u people know your RJC alumni? i have a few ex-RJ girls saying that they wanna join canoepolo when they enter NUS or something... if u know them, maybe, u guys can get them to start training with u people in paddle culture first ?? just a thought...

hey cheng, thanx for organising today's canoe polo mini tournament.. it was pretty cool seeing all the pro canoe polo teams coming down in full force to paddlec culture and teaching us young punks the right way to play the game... to all raffles seasporters, good job man, we're improving.. train some more and we'll be able to kick some serious ass. the matches were great learning experiences for us and i'm sure everyone had fun. as for team polo juniors, i only have this to say: :worship: can we be ur disciples, please?

anyway, it was a pleasure watching u guys/girls play today... very nice!

it is good for you fellas to interact more with various existing teams... hopefully we will be getting some invitations for away- games soon enough!

In the meantime, let's continue to do more long distance paddling... seems like it is helping to improve your strokes! kekeke :bfire: NOT to mention, helping to cure your tendencies to get sea-sick! :silly:

Aiya... wouldn't have made a diff even if i played larh... haha too lousy liaoz.

Newae I think we SHOULD have more sea kayaking in the cyclones lorh... thursday felt damn shuang cuz paddling seemed so like relaxed. Ya it's all about control guyz n galz! I'm very sure we'll all get the feel of our boats soon enough. Expect the swells and wave crests... honestly... I think if we do more sea training kayaking in them big sea kayaks for SIE are gonna be a breeze man... haha.

Polo Junior started out back in 1999, back in the PA changi sea sport club. Where a bunch of guy age (15-18) decided to form team to play. :viking:

That time ,we are in the Junior team because the 1st team is full. Which lead us to name ourselves Polo Junior.
We disbanded in 2001 ,as most of our member enter poly , which had own canoepolo team,training in swimming pool. compare to the days training at the Kall basin. :bfire:

We reform back our team once Cheng start out Paddle Culture, & train ever since. :headbang:
We welcome any one who r keen to come down to our training on sat (6-10pm). If any of u guy who miss ur training,r welcome to join us. :welcome:
Or stay back aft training for a friendly match? how abt 630pm.
