Galasport kayaks for rent in Essen 2002?

Hello to everyone!

Straight to the point...
Has anyone got any firsthand knowledge about the material Galasport uses in those kayaks whitch they rent and sell in the World Champs?
There's no info on that subject in the official World Champion-pages...
This info will have a major effect on our desicion
to get these kayaks or not!

I wonder if the material affects the price (total 360 euro)? I'm talking about renting and buying these kayaks in the Worlds this summer!
They have only reported the price nothing more!
Does that price (180+180 euros) include for example footrests?

The materials used for a boat will affect the price. I just had a look at the website and my guess is that the "Stabil" layup is
for poloboats.

Why don't you contact Gala or it's representative? One guy who sells them (he is German but also sells in Holland/Benelux):
