in the canoeing regatta just finished at Kuala Lumpur last weekend, i was referee for some canoe polo matchs. i found some mistake or problem with the referee. i think probably a good idea to post it and listen to other referee's suggestions, please let me know ur command.
case 1
two beginner teams was charging the ball after referee start the game, both teams have two players competed for the ball. that means 4 players were go for the ball (all whithin 3 meters of the ball). one team got the ball. . .
rule 23.5 Only one player from each team may make an attempt to gain possesion of the ball. Any other player that accompanies the player attempting for the ball must not be within a radius of three metres from the body of the player attempting for the ball.
in this case i will give a referee ball. cos both teams were foul.
