James you were a fool last year when Justice was weaker than it is this year and you still owe me and Maree a expensive dinner out. Perhaps a similar wager on this years National league is called for?
My prediction for you Justice, Vikings, Knights, Mercy :gun: :viking:

Nick my son, while I certainly made a mistake last year with the wager.....this year is certainly going to see a Huge tossle between the top teams.
I think that this last week-ends results should be ignored betwen Vikings and the Knights! They were down a couple of useful players........and certainly had an exciting looking set-offense....just need to look at counter-acting the fast break!
Throw Justice into the equation and we certainly have an exciting top three! What a shame that only one other team is able to join us in the final!

Do you mean, with you in the final like last year James? :silly:

So we missed the final last year.......We did win the previous two years before that!
Who beat Justice last year? Vikings.....twice!
Hey we're just a young team.......average age of 22 (that's only because Kim and I add a few years to that average!) .......we'll keep taking any wins we can along the way! I expect great things from the guys over the next couple of year's.
My prediction:
Viking Black, Justice, Knights, Kaos, .......(Petals, Viking Gold, Mercy) all pretty close.
Big year for all players involved with NZ selections riding on how some of the teams perform!

Must be said that I've been off the NZ scene for a long time now but I'd always back Justice for a win any day

Hi Aaron
Good to see you can provide an objective input.
When are you next back in NZ.

Back to visit within the next year I would say but permenantly is a little further off yet. Andi is looking at going to Japan with the GB team so not until after then at the earliest.
Looking forward to playing some polo again in NZ though when we do come back

Very interesting thread here from March. This post should bump the thread back up near the top of the forum so folks can see what people were picking four and a half months ago.
Personally I think that Burnett guy is so prescient, someone should make him a selector.
