Well, as this is a CANOE polo forum standard goals are not 3 X 0.9 M but 1.5 X 1M.
But then again, MCSE (see above) says it all: microsoft tends to assume their ideas are standard, regardless of ISO, W3C and the rest of the world ;-)
Sorry folks, I couldn't resist this one!

Yes it is played in swimming pools.
Perhaps your best we to understand what Canoe Polo is all about is to check out some of the web pages. Mine is noted below and there are loads of links from there.
You could also read some of the other messages on this forum to get an idea too.
Good luckhttp://www.ion.ucl.ac.uk/~clyde/clyde.jpg

Hi Nevat,
If you like the idea of having a go at polo: most people who play waterpolo tend to become quite good at canoe polo as they already have playing/shooting skills and are not afraid of water.
Check out Clyde's website for contacts around the world and if there's someone in your area, perhaps you could contact them for a friendly game? We once had an exchange between the local waterpolo and canoepolo clubs. That was fun, although swimming that much is hard! ;-)
If Clyde's site doesn't explicitly list anyone in your area, perhaps you could contact your national canoe/kayak association? They are bound to have a list of clubs available.
Please remember though: "Canoe polo is the sports for true idiots" (as quoted from a website) so don't expect normal people to play it *LOL*
