Sponsoring EM 03 and WM 04

hi altogether,

has anybody thought about finding some sponsors for the european and worlds championchips?
well i thought about asking sport totto and maybe a bank. the only thing is that i dont know how to ask them. that means how to write a letter and what should be in it.

so if there is anybody who has experience with that kind of stuff it would be nice to know.

tips from other countries are appreciated.
