Problem to get some webpages

I experience some troubles to get something : I want to change my avatar and I can't get this page.

Yesterday, I posted a Thread and it was rejected without any reason...

Is there any problem on the site this curent days ?

Sorry I didn't see this before, you probably couldn't select an avatar as you didn't have enough posts, more than 10 is needed I think.

And there are no problems with the site, there may have been a minor glitch in the Matrix at the time though ;)
