Hi all,
Currently when i paddle for longer than 30 minutes my shoulder starts to get sore. i think that it is the rotator cuff muscles that are coursing the pain. does any one know of some good shoulder exercises or stretches that could help with the problem.
Thanks David

I too suffer from shoulder discomfort after playing alot of games i.e. a weekend of competition, best thing to start with is a session or two with a physiotherapist, they can help work out the knots in the muscles and give you relevent stretching exercises to help avoid further knots and injuries.
I find a long gentle warm up of paddling and ball work essential to avoiding further discomfort, and a warmdown and with further stretch exercises after training and matches.
see some of the links below for stretches I use for the shoulders/chest and back.

Stretching with a rubber band works great.
