Playing after Injury

Hi,

Just wondering what serious injuries others have come back into the sport after? and what the rehabilitation periods have been.

Did you manage to come back to the same level, higher or lower?

I had a spinal fusion in March and am attending my first polo session since January tonight with no idea on how it will go.

Maybe there's going to be some commonality in the injuries here.

Hi Ivan

I took a few years out to haev my shoulder repaired. I was suffering from a recurring dislocating shoulder. Good as new now though, back int eh game and doing better than I was ten years back.
