Referee system.

I m trying to work out a referee system for my country - Malaysia. And would like to know how other country conduct their Referee system. any one have any suggestion? Thanks

Junior Referee -- Pass an written exam, practical refereeing for 10 games.

Senior Referee -- Practical Refereeing for another 20 games.

International Referee -- introduced by our federation to join ICF or ACC's referee course, and of course, have to pass that course. Like how we are going~
